Death and Dying Coaching
Death is a natural part of life, and yet for some, it is one of the most difficult things we face while we walk this earth.
Watching a loved one pass away is difficult, it also can be hard for some to accept and find peace within one's own passing.
Helping you, your family, your friends, as you or your loved one transition out of this life, is one of the most touching and sacred times in my work. It is with honor that I get to assist, support, and at times help to find meaning and peace at the end of a physical life.
How Does Death and Dying Coaching Work?
Though it may sound unusual to some, it is such a gift and honor to sit with and support someone as they come to the end of their life.
The presence in the room and the things that people feel, experience, need to say, talk about, discuss, ask, etc. on their deathbeds are clearly part of the bigger universe.
Whatever arises around death can be subtle to intense. Some people's crossing over can be wrought with physical or emotional pain that can be quite excruciating, while others seem to slip right out of this life in peace, and others experience the varying degrees in between.
All ways are sacred to me, and all are part of it.
During such times, I offer guided support which is nurturing, relieving, and helpful for those who may not know how to approach the death of a loved one or their own.
Death and dying coaching or 'being with' is, perhaps, the part of my work from which I have learned some of my most profound lessons.
When I witness how people feel on their deathbed, what they are glad they did and regret, what matters to them at that moment and, most importantly, I feel their essence, it helps me to guide my everyday clients with much more depth, for-sight, wisdom, compassion, precision, tenderness, certainty, faith, and clarity.
