Mind, Body, Spirit, and Soul

I believe that we are each composed of mind, body, spirit, and soul and the four are innately intertwined. Each of these pieces that make up who we are needs attention and care.

It seems that the spirit is that pure infinite essence that is in us from birth and continues after we die.

Mind, body, and spirit come together to create the soul. Soul, our life, is where we need healing, where pure spirit is coming through the the very human mind and body.

I don't claim to know the exact truth on this; however, I do know that this can be a very helpful healing and productive way to talk about and look at life.

Caring for the Body Frees the  Soul

A very dear person in my life once told me, “I love the body, because it alway always tells the truth.” Listening to the whisperings of the body can give us clues as to our soul's purpose. It's as if the exact body that we have is in full support of our soul's purpose.

Whenever working with people, whether it be mapping, on retreat, family intensive work, meditation or another one of my services, I am continually paying attention to what is happening with your body and will be drawing your awareness to your body and your loved one’s as well.

I will be giving you all kinds of tools and insight as to how to work with your body and tune into its endless wisdom.

The body, unlike our minds, does not hide or veil things. No matter what the condition of our bodies, from riddled with suffering or to completely healthy, the body is still serving our soul’s purpose.

Our bodies can offer us such beautifully honest and pure feedback as to what is really happening and what is trying to happen within us on such an incredibly deep level. I am fascinated with the body and its many endless teachings and very much incorporate that into most any coaching that I do.

Katherine came into our home and spent days with us revamping the ‘days in the lives’ or our family from dawn till dusk. Now we are cooking and juicing together, meditating together, and having very colorful, caring, and interesting talks together as a family. We are way more real, at peace, feel much better in our bodies, and with each other.
