Relationship Coaching

From family to friends, coworkers to significant others, relationships are an integral part of the fabric of each and every person's life. That's a good thing!

We as humans are built to enjoy and desire quality relationships with each other and because they are such an important and potentially rich part of our daily lives, it's vital to be able to understand and see, who the people we are connected to, really are. It’s also very important to understand who we are as individuals and our purpose on this earth.

When we don't understand ourselves or the people that surround us, it's almost a certainty that our relationships are going to suffer as a result.

Relationship Coaching can Help Mend Your Relationships

Healthy relationships are possible if you're willing to take the time and energy to invest in yourself, invest in others, and grow throughout the process. My relationship coaching gets you and your loved one honest and excited about what's really happening within each of you as individuals, as well as in each other. From there you can get on with all the joy and possibilities that come from that level of awareness and communication.

To know how to express our true self within our families and relationships leads to a rich and satisfying form of intimacy.

Of course, intimacy is a form of closeness that causes us to feel connected as human beings, whether it be with: yourself, your spouse, partner, child, parent, boss, colleague, friends, family, animals, one’s purpose, a cause, an activity, a passion, life, spirit, higher power, etc.

We humans seem to love closeness--that rich, connected, full, fulfilling, satisfying, whole feeling. Helping people to create intimacy with their loved ones, themselves, and something greater is a large part of what I offer in my work. And I love it !

Katherine is the intimacy creator! She took our boring, stale marriage and brought it to life. The deep communication and intimacy that we now get to enjoy together as a couple is something we didn’t even know existed.
