Purpose Coaching
Throughout their lives, most people question their purpose on this planet. They want to discover why they are here and where they fit into the big wide world that surrounds them.
Purpose is such an important part of life. Even if a person doesn’t think that they have a purpose or know what it is, they still have whisperings, no matter how seemingly small or large, of something that continues to tug at them. Some people may already be living their purpose without even being aware of it.
The goal of my purpose coaching is to help you rediscover, nurture and grow that voice inside of you until you figure out your place in this world and are able to pursue your passions with vigor.
How Does Purpose Coaching Work?
My real job as a purpose coach is to listen beneath the content of the daily happenings, the body and health, the problems, the joys, the finances, the beliefs, and learnings of each individual, to find the essence of what lives organically in the heart of each person.
I listen to what I believe, was there before we were born and will be there after we die.
Helping each person with his or her purpose is a part of all of my work no matter what it seems like people are asking for. Purpose is always a piece of it, spoken or not.
Taking Charge of Your Life
Finding your purpose allows you to take charge of your life in a way that serves your spirit and feels good to your being. This is a very different way of taking charge that can feel effortless as well as challenging and is as ancient as time.
I believe that taking charge doesn't always need to look or feel like the way our modern society describes it.
On the contrary, I believe that being out in the forefront of our own lives, sometimes with force and push, is not necessarily in sync with the way our soul wants to express itself through our body. My purpose coaching teaches you how to express your life’s purpose in the rhythm and feel that is healthy for your unique spirit, body, and life.
People often come to see me because deep down, aware of it or not, they are longing to take charge of one or more areas of their life.
Maybe they learned a way of living that is too small for who they are now. Maybe they have beliefs that are preventing them from living what they are uniquely capable of. Usually, when we are holding back, there is a sense of frustration, irritation, and if it goes on long enough, can move into anger, blame, or feelings of victimization.
Unlocking what is in our way so that we can really take charge and soar is an amazingly invigorating feeling that could be just around the corner for you.
