On Location

Upon your request, I observe you or your child from afar and anonymously at most any place whether it be school, work, after school practice, games, rehearsals, or another location.

Over the years, I've learned that while we are often our toughest critics, we often don't recognize the deep-set habits that show themselves in our public lives.

On the contrary, it often takes outside observation and commentary from a person that we trust in order to help us see how we are being perceived and how the choices we make are impacting ourselves and those around us.

My coaching can really get right to what is going on in your heart, mind, your spirit, and your life, when I observe and/or work with you in a particular environment.

Work Coaching

One of my location specialties is observing you at your place of work. I watch how you interact with your co-workers, how you tackle tasks throughout the day and figure out what motivations and habits are driving you. I also watch for where your heart and spirit emerge.

Once we leave your place of work, we can then get right to what changes you want to make in your thinking, behavior, and life. These changes not only help you have a better, more satisfying work experience but can also allow you to find more joy and success in your tasks.

Coaching and/or observing you at work can take me directly to exactly what is in your way, and how you can become more of what and who you want to be. Of course, I only observe or coach at locations in which me being there, would only be a positive for you and everyone involved.
