Environmental Alignment

Our surroundings can have an incredible impact on how we think, feel and work throughout the day.

I have found that when our physical surroundings reflect back to us who we really are, it is easier for us to focus on our tasks at hand, find peace throughout chaotic days, and allow our souls to soar.

What is Environmental Alignment?

Environmental alignment is the process of clearing, balancing and creating a home or work space that matches who you are and inspires your soul.

Environmental alignment is such an important part of my coaching because physical spaces often reflect how a person feels. When your space encourages and brings out your true self, it can change the entire attitude of your day.

I coach you to clean out and organize, decorate, design, restructure, make-over, and make color choices to induce better family dynamics, health, and living with ease.

Support your soul with your surroundings.

When we make inner shifts and tap into who we truly are at the core, we may crave change in the way our work or home is designed, set up, organized, or decorated.

I have always loved and see value in creating physical space that matches a person’s inner being, a space that actually brings out that person. While reflecting one’s spirit back to them, the space also needs to be functional, efficient, beautiful, flow, and encourage, support, and to remind one to be even more of who they truly are.

I love the idea of a person’s physical space saturating his or her soul in itself. Because the space so nurtures and bastes the soul in its own reflections, one’s physical space beckons the soul to come gushing out. With your each glance of your walls, floors, fabrics, colors, sights, smells, sounds, views, and space--you are reminded of who you are.

Making changes in your physical space can also both bring up issues and can give us insight into what is happening for you and/or your family.
