Retreats

Experiential Corporate, Family, Couples, Individual, Teen, and Child retreats:

Whether a company, family or individual, or youth, I have found retreats to be one of the most effective methods to helping solve all kinds of issues like conflict, strife, stress, rifts in communication or simply as a time to get away and reconnect with yourself, co-workers, your loved ones, your soul.

These retreats can include: individual, family or company dynamics re-creations, exercise, esteem building, and meditation to name a very few.

What Does a Katherine Chapman Retreat Look Like?

I believe that retreats are important for several reasons, but the most important is that it insists that we break out of our daily patterns, thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and gets us to experience new visceral kinesthetic experiences that will stay with us long after the retreat and will last throughout our lives.

By pulling yourself out of the normal routine, you open up yourself to new ideas, introspection and growth beyond what you can get in your home or workplace.

My interactive retreats are generally created to build self esteem, understand your body, to get people to know and understand themselves and each other, and to get you to listen to that quiet voice within.

Though you will be getting to the bottom of what’s going on, you will also leave feeling rejuvenated and will have had lots of fun! That's why I often include fun and exciting elements like: hiking, biking, swimming, body work, therapeutic massage, cooking, role playing, behavior modeling, skits, family or company dynamics re-creations, games, exercise, rest, rejuvenation, sleep, long walks, quiet time, meditation, etc.

No two retreats are the same. Each retreat is created just for you or your family, your teenager, child, your group, team, or corporation.

My retreats are designed to bring out whatever is inside of you that needs to come to the surface so that you, your family or company can grow and take its next steps.

Katherine saved our family years in therapy. I am forever grateful.
